Romford Windows Generated 122 Documented Enquiries After a Website Rebuild

Romford Windows came to Cloudline Media after a poor website experience, including no SSL certificate and weak performance. After rebuilding the site on a brand new domain, the website generated 122 documented enquiries, gained traction across competitive Romford window and door searches, and created a significant estimated commercial opportunity.

Cloudline Media first contacted Romford Windows after noticing their old website did not have an SSL certificate.

That is a basic security feature every serious website should have. Romford Windows then explained they were being told they would need to pay a large sum of money to fix something that should have been fundamental.

The old website also was not performing well enough.

Romford Windows decided to move away from the old website and domain, and Cloudline Media rebuilt the site from the ground up on a brand new domain.

Between October 2024 and August 2026, the new website generated 107 tracked lead form submissions. Romford Windows also received 15 documented direct quote requests by email, taking the total documented enquiry count to 122.

What Romford Windows Was Missing

Romford Windows did not need a few small tweaks. They needed a proper website foundation.

Before Cloudline, the business was missing:

  • a secure website with SSL in place
  • a more professional online presence
  • clearer service sections for windows, doors, repairs and conservatories
  • stronger trust signals for customers comparing local companies
  • a better user journey from service information to enquiry
  • proper sitemap and indexing setup for Google
  • a managed website that could be updated over time

For a windows and doors company, trust matters. Customers are often comparing suppliers before requesting a quote, especially for larger jobs such as full window replacements, front doors, patio doors, conservatories and bay windows.

The website needed to show the business properly, support credibility and make it easy for visitors to enquire.

What Cloudline Media Built

We rebuilt Romford Windows a full 5-page website with a stronger design, better structure and a clearer route to enquiry.

The website included:

  • full 5-page website structure
  • SSL and secure website setup
  • sitemap and indexing setup
  • service-led copywriting
  • dedicated sections for key services
  • anchor menu on the service page
  • strategically placed calls to action
  • lead form enquiry route
  • live Google review feed
  • Checkatrade, TrustATrader and CERTASS trust badges
  • useful trust links where relevant
  • ongoing website updates
  • secure hosting on private servers

Each feature had a job.

The premium design gave Romford Windows a more professional appearance. The trust badges and review feed helped reassure visitors. The service page anchor menu helped people jump to the exact service they needed.

The calls to action were placed throughout the website so visitors did not have to search for the next step. Whether someone needed windows, doors, repairs or conservatories, the website made the route to enquiry clear.

The Tracked Results

Between October 2024 and August 2026, the website generated 107 tracked lead form submissions.

The enquiries included work such as:

  • full window replacements
  • bay windows
  • double glazing replacements
  • front doors
  • French doors
  • patio doors
  • uPVC doors
  • glass repairs
  • misted units
  • conservatory work
  • porch enquiries

These were not vague website visits. They were quote-ready enquiries from people looking for real window, door and glazing work.

Romford Windows also received 15 documented direct quote requests by email outside the normal website form.

Those email requests included larger and more detailed jobs, such as:

  • 10 windows and a front door
  • replacement aluminium patio door
  • living room window, kitchen window, garden door and front door
  • commercial uPVC door and window works
  • full house window and door replacement
  • patio sliding door installation
  • sky lantern glass replacement
  • bungalow renovation with 14 aluminium windows, 2 bi-fold patio door sets and a main entrance door

That takes the total documented enquiry count to 122 before accounting for any phone calls or other untracked enquiries.

Google Search Console also shows the website gaining traction across competitive local service searches.

Over the exported 16-month Search Console view, the website generated:

  • 1.1K total clicks
  • 133K total impressions
  • 0.8% average CTR
  • 32.3 average position

The site was not only showing for the business name. It also received clicks from valuable local searches, including:

  • double glazing Romford: 34 clicks and 3,964 impressions
  • windows Romford: 26 clicks and 2,918 impressions
  • windows and doors Romford: 17 clicks and 428 impressions
  • window repair Romford: 7 clicks and 793 impressions
  • uPVC windows Romford: 6 clicks and 1,966 impressions
  • uPVC doors Romford: 4 clicks and 2,376 impressions
  • window replacement Romford: 4 clicks and 183 impressions

Across the exported query data, Romford-related searches produced 207 clicks and 53,331 impressions. Even after removing exact brand searches such as “Romford Windows” and “Romford Windows Ltd”, service-led Romford searches still produced 124 clicks and 53,032 impressions.

The website also widened its search reach over time. In the first 90 days of the exported Search Console period, it recorded 186 clicks and 12,381 impressions. In the latest 90 days, it recorded 199 clicks and 33,193 impressions.

That means click volume stayed consistent while search visibility grew by around 2.7x, showing the new domain gaining traction across more searches over time.

Estimated Commercial Value

The tracked result is 107 lead form submissions between October 2024 and August 2026.

Romford Windows also received 15 documented direct quote requests by email, taking the wider documented enquiry total to 122.

Using an estimated 50% conversion rate from client conversations, the 107 form submissions alone could represent around 54 converted jobs or customers.

If the same conversion estimate is applied to the full 122 documented enquiries, that could represent around 61 converted jobs or customers.

The enquiry mix includes smaller repair jobs, but it also includes higher-value work such as full window replacements, bay windows, doors, conservatories, commercial works and larger glazing projects.

Using a cautious blended job value range, those enquiries could represent an estimated revenue opportunity of roughly £60,000 to £225,000.

The exact revenue and profit depend on the final job size, materials, labour, installation costs, margins and whether any enquiries led to repeat or referral work.

The key point is simple. Romford Windows moved from a weak website setup to a managed website that has generated consistent, service-relevant enquiries for nearly two years.

What This Shows

Romford Windows shows why the basics matter.

A website without SSL, strong trust signals, clear service sections and a proper enquiry route can hold a business back.

Cloudline Media rebuilt the website on a brand new domain with a stronger foundation, clearer user journey and better proof throughout the site.

Since then, the website has generated 122 documented enquiries, gained traction across competitive local search terms and created a significant estimated commercial opportunity for the business.

For a windows and doors company in Romford, the website became more than a place to look professional. It became a lead-generating asset.
